dominating teammates, hardly you can learn from them. career growth- growth in airindia sats is very low but smart use in other airlines are good. salary are lower then my home maid (10k). travel- no travel as imagined of aviation. work-life you will have work-home-sleep as your work life. personal suggestion- i rate airindia sats 5/100 dont try unless you can get into other airlines
