After Take over by Tata group someone can expect job security and good career opportunities in near future.

Dislikes

While working with Air India for more then 10 years, There was no parmanent job security, Mostly contractual and FTC employees. No promotion less salary increment.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
