Compensation and salary revisions are not done in time. Govt is in total denial of salary increase and not in mood to pay past 8 -10 year's salary arrears, 25% salary deducted for 28 months not paid. Can a service class person afford to loose his earned salary? Post retirement benefits: No pension, medical scheme for self & spouse is on pmt of Rs.50,000 for 10 yrs that to be with financial limits on treatment / med procedures. This is like mediclaim combo policy for wife & husband. Salaries of Central Govt employee,are revised every 5 year's with regular DA increase plus pension on retirement and free of charge CGHS medical facility with no financial limits on treatment/med procedures....Read More
