One of the best airline in the world but nowadays employee are hired on contract basis.ant the contract employee are not loyal to the company . working under such conditions is difficult nowadays withh a group of employees.where you don't have power to take immediate quick and faster decisions.

No power to take quick and immediate decisions all the time you have to depend on higher authorities from Head quarters.and regional heads,

Some times it's v ery hectic.as wle have work under turn around plan. Sometimes it's boring.

Dislikes

As it is a new company, it has a lot of catching up in terms of competition, so expectations from the market are very high. Vistara is slowly bridging this gap.

They are completely digitally focussed, implementing best & world class softwares application across all functions to cater to all queries of stakeholders in real time with latest data.

Dislikes

They have faith on new generation who are highly qualified & tech pro with little experience BUT don't respect senior staff with vast experience who are average qualified. They have got transferred our working knowledge to new staff & showed us exit door in the name of vol. Retirement.

1. Salary is paid on time. 2. If you know someone in the top level, then you will be recruited without interview or promoted without much issue. 3. If you are from spicejet or ex-Jet Airways you will get job easily.

Dislikes

1.One of the worst work cultures. 2.Demotivating work environment. 3. Only friends of seniors are recruited or promoted. 4. TATA CODE OF CONDUCT is name sake. Big words to say, doesn't work in the organisation.

It used to be really nice. It's technologically excellent. Work-life balance is good. training and development is good.

Dislikes

The management is not kind towards the legacy employees with regards to the job security. Infact they want to get rid of the legacy employees as early as possible. They treat the fresh recruits and the legacy employees differently.

Okay Salary. Employee Travel policy. Immediate coworkers. Learning opportunities.

Dislikes

5 days in office policy. Poor work culture in many teams. Too much politicking happening between the Gurgaon / Kochi teams. Incompetent upper management when it comes to employee morale. Beyond useless HR. No proper roadmaps for product development, way too many things are driven based on the day to day whim of the CTO.

The only thing I like about the company is that it is one of the renowned company in india.

Dislikes

I hate the fact they don't treat the employees good, they can make you resign forcefully, they will treat you as if you are only dedicated to them, no work life balance, no sick leaves, no good flight.
