This is a mnc company but work is not like mnc it is a regular flow process ,here innovation and new idea about product comes from higher ends so production team has no effect on product design and redesign .For a fresher this is a good place to learn thing only in managing.

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
