In Bangalore Branch Two workers is there is Finanace department . Gurudath Bhagwath another one is Manas ranjan. Both are treating employees as dog also using slang words, behavior not good Both are sitting more than 15 years in the same Company. I recently concluded a brief period of employment with this company and have serious concerns regarding its potential impact on career development. My experience suggests a detrimental work environment characterized by internal politics, a sense of entitlement among long-tenured employees, and a lack of professional growth opportunities. Specifically, I observed the following issues: * A culture of misinformation and exaggeration during daily meetings, where employees routinely misrepresented their accomplishments. * Arbitrary termination practices, with employees being dismissed without clear or justifiable reasons. * Excessive working hours (10-11 hours daily), coupled with a lack of organizational structure and hierarchy. * Constant micromanagement, creating a pressured and unproductive atmosphere. * Absence of a standard weekend (no Saturday off). * Lack of established HR policies and procedures. * The unusual practice of requesting the return of Diwali gifts provided to employees. Nam bada darshan thoda. Those worked more than 10-15 years they feel and treat others as MD. Behaviour also very rude. Also some senior teams involved on wrong practice. People also trained such a way they also put CEO in pressure, finally he left merino .
