Job Description

Role & responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive OEM business growth in the laminate sector.
  • Identify potential OEM customers and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Meet sales targets and increase market share within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key OEM customers.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and order finalizations with OEM clients.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

3. Technical & Product Knowledge

  • Understand laminate products, applications, and industry trends to provide relevant solutions to OEM clients.
  • Work closely with the product and technical teams to align offerings with market needs.

4. Coordination & Operations

  • Collaborate with internal teams including supply chain, production, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for product promotions and brand positioning in the OEM segment.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain and update sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance and strategic initiatives.


Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of laminate products and OEM business dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and devise effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
