Company setup the sugarcane growing business in Philippins.Comoany has a good consulting team here I'm the part of agri energy team now company is growing business here in future it will be in good position.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent

Work is very interesting do I don't dislike about the working.

Work Details

The work is challenging yo grow the sugarcane in rain fed conditions but no problem in marketing.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Agri Energy Crops Inc is a company engaged in farming in Philippines and it has large sugarcane plantations in different different parts of the Philippines. I love the fact that I am the part of Agri Team

Dislikes

Some times their is poor communication between investors and Key Key porsonal.

Work Details

Self is taking care of planning, proposel, budgeting and executing the things and dealing with gov departments to comply their standards and registrations etc.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
