You can not take decision without permission of unskilled managers. Bad office politics. Always gives you tasks which have always apart from your job work and they will never count. Senior persons from bullion department always complaint against you to higher management They will always try to through out the person who is highly qualified from them. After a year or six months they will start mentally torture to you for reduce your salary without any reason. Clear-cut discrimination towards the employee, giving preference to people from specific regional backgrounds.
