Politics in environment by the top management & no any type of professionalism , no management, food quality is very poor no facilities, vehicle (Transportation facilities) not provided by the factory manager after joining , No job security ( suddenly head will say for the resignation) management behave like NAZI , no work life balance..... in short we will say "jangalraaj" & terrified culture. Never think about Salary, career, growth. Very discrimination environment created by factory manager. No Any type of powers ( power like leave sensations, employee appraisal, vehicle, etc ) in HOD's & OPERATION HEAD's hands. No value & respect for competent persons....Read More

No management. No rule & regulations, no facilities, no working environment, no professionalism, no good food , no vehicle facilities, no job security, only politics , & discrimination . No respect & value for competent persons.
