I rated 4 in job security and compensations and awards because I m not on direct rill and working for Agilent on the role of their vendor CPM india sales . Due to that i cannot get perks and benefits of Agilent and security is been extending with contract terms...

Sales Boss..In Agilent lot of powers are given to managers and some very well misuse it and I became victim of politics myself after spending 15 years of career with Agilent. You must keep quiet and work even if you know that integrity of the organization is at stake.

12 years were awesome with lot of growth and opportunities but 3 years in sales was a hard struggle as I had highlighted an issue which was against company policies. Lot of powers are in the hand of manager and I got effected due to that.
