Very bad administrator behavior Non medico administrator overruling the doctors all the time Ill treating doctors if they don't comply to their ridiculous rules and regulations Administrator wanted to be in control of everything including the doctors duty roster and patient treatment protocol inspite of being from a non medical background Very poor ego politics by administrator

The Campus is nice and the nursing staff working there are helpful.

Dislikes

The administration is horrible. No respect for doctors. Doctor's opinion is not valued at all. There is no support for doctors from the administration side. When we raise our opinion and stand up for what we want we will be asked to leave the job. It is said it is a service minded hospital but they have some of the highest patient charges in the whole of Hosur. Please avoid working here unless you have no other option. Otherwise also you will end up regretting it. Last but not least please dont fall prey to the sweet talking administration. They will make everything sound so nice....Read More

Work Details

Work load is less. Mental torture from the administration is heavy. Doctor's medical decision is questioned by the administration who are not doctors. It's a sad state of affairs. I was finally asked to leave because i stood up to the injustice.
