I was working for testing. During my tenure in company, transformer failure rate was brought to 0.0%. Any electrical panel demanded by managing director, I got prepared and commissioned at site, even in other states also. However I enjoyed there.

Dislikes

No any emergency leave provision. Only weekly off and 6 public holidays per year. Rough tongue of M.D. and CEO. No timely payment. Very long over night journey to other states by 4 wheelers with 2 to 3 weeks stay. No daily time limit. About 12 hours every day.

Work Details

Very busy. 12 hours per day. From 8=20 Hr. to approx. 20=30 Hr. I was fully isolated from society and neighbour's. However I enjoyed.
