1. Sudden layoff of Our team from 14 to 7 and other Projects also without sudden notice. 2. during increment time they gather all data but increment is on their whims and fancies. 3. Keep very Strict working hour about 8:30 hours.

Dislikes

They can remove you tomorrow or today. Management is poor based on how they see employees. Team lead are poor based on the experience they have. No actions taken by HR when quarterly meeting 1 on 1 is done. Confidentiality is very poor.
