There is a strong culture of favoritism, where opportunities and recognition seem to be based more on personal connections than actual performance. Hardworking employees often go unnoticed, while certain individuals are given preferential treatment regardless of their contributions. Additionally, there is an unhealthy emphasis on English proficiency as a measure of intelligence and capability. Instead of valuing skills, expertise, and hard work, the company seems to judge employees based on their fluency in English, which creates an unfair and discouraging work environment. Workplace politics further worsen the situation, making it difficult for employees to grow based on merit. If leadership focused more on transparency, fair evaluations, and equal opportunities, the work environment could be much better.
