Hardworking employees often go unnoticed, while certain individuals are given preferential treatment regardless of their contributions. Additionally, there is an unhealthy emphasis on English proficiency as a measure of intelligence and capability. Instead of valuing skills, expertise, and hard work, the company seems to judge employees based on their fluency in English, which creates an unfair and discouraging work environment.
