1) Make you to resign even after probation is over and reason is favoritism..so it is not justify the employee who work hard.. 2) no transparency although HR say it... Because if it happen then good employee should not resign forcefully... Organization should look the responsibility of manager and TL and verify it..eg: Is they working unbiasedly...whatever they passed on is it true...if a TL is not satisfy with new employee...they should trained it and change the team.....not make them to resign..just to maintain their position.....Read More

Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been disappointing. There is a strong culture of favoritism, where opportunities and recognition seem to be based more on personal connections than actual performance. Hardworking employees often go unnoticed, while certain individuals are given preferential treatment regardless of their contributions. Additionally, there is an unhealthy emphasis on English proficiency as a measure of intelligence and capability. Instead of valuing skills, expertise, and hard work, the company seems to judge employees based on their fluency in English, which creates an unfair and discouraging work environment. Workplace politics further worsen the situation, making it difficult for employees to grow based on merit. If leadership focused more on transparency, fair evaluations, and equal opportunities, the work environment could be much better. This company is one of the worst places to work. The environment is beyond toxic—favoritism, office politics, and constant micromanagement make it impossible to work peacefully. The leadership is arrogant, unapproachable, and has zero respect for employees. Instead of fostering growth, they create a stressful and demotivating atmosphere. Employees are overworked, undervalued, and treated like disposable resources. No matter how hard you work, you will never be appreciated. Senior management are not sure about what path they want to go. Hire and fire policy is common. Last year they realized automation QA are not required, entire team was fired. This year they realised project manager were not required, instead scrum master will do. They fired entire PMs.

Great work life balance Can avail work from home supportive higher management. Company culture is good, teams are supportive.

Dislikes

They can remove you tomorrow or today. Management is poor based on how they see employees. Team lead are poor based on the experience they have. No actions taken by HR when quarterly meeting 1 on 1 is done. Confidentiality is very poor.
