directly you can talk with director and at site you would able to take decision.

Dislikes

immediate making scheduled for site and due to poor vendor it is very difficult for engineer to complete the site,nothing facility is provided by company like travelling allowance,health check up,not provide training of new system and also in time is fixed but out time is not fixed.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
