The IT team follows strict policies on system settings, which can sometimes be restrictive. Cross-departmental boundaries could be better maintained to avoid unnecessary interference. Senior employees play a crucial role in operations, but more structured support for different processes would be beneficial. The offer letter is provided at the time of exit rather than during onboarding, which might be a concern for some employees. Some employees, including myself, experienced a prolonged bench period before project allocation. The company enforces a one-year commitment, which could be more flexible.
