Poor Salary range for experience. Barely any hike unless you try to resign. then they try to hike the salary. Some Delivery managers are worse. random illogical demands and pressure will be maintained by them.

The team I worked with was very co-operative and fulfilled majority of the tasks that i had assigned them. The management was also prompt in disbursing payments against my invoices and were very supportive(Administration as well as the Directors) and professional in their approach.

There is no consistency in on-job training.After a certain level the scope for growth is a challenge.. One of the greatest challenges was puling expert consultants to multiple projects without intimation leaving he project manager with his skill in handling the sudden absence of project-assigned consultants.

The work was balanced. i was told exactly what was expected out of me and what I had to deliver. The client and implementation partner was challenging to handle; however, Adroit as a whole supported me in every way to meet with the project time lines.
