It is a overall good company which takes care of its employees. You can engage in lot of activities apart from work, use lot of facilities in office as well as outside, etc. Work culture is good and have a open culture where everyone is reachable.

Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The processes are so well defined that you get confined to a limited role and don't get the overall visibility. Everything in the end jolt down to your manager and his approval. So, Adobe provides everything but for this everything, you need to get a approval from your manager.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
