You have to be a manager’s pet to be promoted to higher position. If you are into indian management system you are never appreciated for the work. There is alot of baiseness based on the favouritism

Pathetic work. Too much politics in Noida Office You need to massage people ego to get your work. Below inflation appraisals. Manager do favoritism. No collaboration among team members esp in DC No carrer growth opportunity, Promotions are very rare

Adobe is a big brand which is employee centric and allows people to work on their skill developments. The company is best for the employees at company payroll.

One thing I wanted to add about my final day in office, where I went to the office to submit the laptop and id card. The company did not allow me to enter in the premises as per their rule and it was hot day where I was waiting outside the premises for almost 2hours. Where I felt even after giving 3years, company treated me like stranger. In India we follow the culture of 'atithi devo bhava', where are welcome culture is rich worldwide. 1. Team culture, it's more of service culture and lots of micromanagement. 2. Work pressure. Manager is not satisfied with your excellent project work. They want you to spend more hours and take part in innovation and extra activities which make your life miserable. Even if you are not interested to get visibility they will do falsepromises and make you feel bad of you will not do extra. 3. Only few people irrespective of their professional behaviour will be praised if they will do innovation. 4. Not letting you focus on your personal life and growth. Whatever they want you to do you need to do that. You can't choose your point of interest and do excel there. 5. Promotion scope is very less and even if you will get promotion hike will be very less. 6.
