Adobe is one of the best companies I have worked in to speak truly! You might get a raise in 4-5 years but the company's inner system and culture is absolutely amazing! You get to improve your skills by a lot also I just love it cause they teach you many things I just love learning! Specially in my field

The salary rates are a bit low! When I joined I was an intern and they paid me $6 per hour - too less!

1. Team culture, it's more of service culture and lots of micromanagement. 2. Work pressure. Manager is not satisfied with your excellent project work. They want you to spend more hours and take part in innovation and extra activities which make your life miserable. Even if you are not interested to get visibility they will do falsepromises and make you feel bad of you will not do extra. 3. Only few people irrespective of their professional behaviour will be praised if they will do innovation. 4. Not letting you focus on your personal life and growth. Whatever they want you to do you need to do that. You can't choose your point of interest and do excel there. 5. They are targetting the tenured employees and filling in positions from their known colleges from their old company and from their own consultancy firms which Th they are runjning as aside bisnesse.. It's supportive with learning fund etc, you see not so deserving getting in by blessings through favouritism and feel based on pure talent to be safe and secure in current environment

It varies on who you end up working under and with. Their are people who have risen and become very senior management and toxicity drips from each breath of theirs ingesting the entire team, putting entire company fabric shredded and infested Plan running now or repent later

My learning stopped as soon as I joined adobe. All that matters here is domain knowledge, and nobody is good in transferring that knowledge to others. The politics is really high, the long timers always have an advantage here
