- Higher management is toxic they are only good at pointing mistake. - HR is good for nothing. - Micromanagement and no respect to your experience even if you are hired for senior position. - This is purely advertising agency with no expertise in any technology . Running their system in legacy tech system, So no new learning. - They will fire you without thinking about you.
