They join you on team handling profile and when you actually join they force to to work like any front line guy company is good but hdfc banca channel is worst no work life no respect too much pressure every minute you don't have to acheive your target but also make sure no business happen from TATA or hdfc life as they are 2 other insurer in hdfc banca channel too much pressure.this job can give you bp stress and many health problems.no work from home was given and people were forced to resign or said they will terminated pathetic worst products u can't even convience rm of hdfc bank pathetic...Read More

No personal time from morning 8 to night 12 either concall zoom call training target pressure it's a mental harrasment even you don't get salary what is promised in offer letter they deduct every month no incentive no salary nothing only pressure

I am visiting HDFC Bank branches since I am deployed into HDFC Banca channel. In case, Covid is detected to someone in branch, branch remains close for 3 days and then again it starts working after sanitization.
