Netcracker has an excellent work talent and senior workforce. You will get to learn a lot through your peers. They have big digital transformation projects and solution design team is very thoughtful and experienced

Compensation structure is better pay well as when there is a requirement. You can learn good domain knowledge being telecom company.

Dislikes

Workload is worst for someone , for someone no work assigned for months. Compensation offers only when there is need, absolutely no job security. India HR is the worst, overall India IDC is the cost centre and no other decision making, Russian management domination, worst work culture, no decision making power for Indian management.Terrible exit process, within day or two exit process they do, absolutely no trustworthy & unprofessional and unreliable HR people and company, even experience people don't have job security. Russian people escalation taken very seriously but we don't have any way to escalate against them. Overall work culture is terrible, experience people must think twice before joining.
