senior Managers are supportive but job profile is very tough insurance sector. Job security is very low due to high competition in insurance sale. Career growth is depend upon your performance , if you do well then definitely your future is very bright. Salary will come before starting the new month.

Dislikes

I faced the major problem that if you want to sell a product then you have to become a Begger in front of them. Products should be need-based to the people.
