There is no work life culture and job security I want to suggest to others do not work with ABHFL. In only 3 months i quit my job what's are going in ground level everything is front of seniors eyes. Highly work pressure and no support by senior..even there is no HR culture as well no body ask me why are you leaving your job in only 3 months..

Operations are 10-12x slow!!! 🦥 When the same file is disbursed within 2-3 days by other competitors,then why do Aditya birla capital takes 12-15 days for the same work!! Rather being a huge brand it sould work on speedy work!

Working hours, urgency of reports due they take time to build. Instant modification on report with right deadline And being scolded infront of everyone than being called in a room for something the deadline take time

There is no doubt that the Aditya Birla Group is one of the leading organizations in India. However, like in every organization, there are some channels where certain senior employees have no genuine motive for the success of that channel. They are merely interested in passing their time by any means. Unfortunately I joined that channel in Aditya Birla money Ltd. The channel name is "FPD or PTA"

My feedback is only and only for ABML - FPD or PTA channel. In this channel, there is strong groupism among the heads, including the HRHead, Channel Head, Compliance Officer and Training Head. there is no appreciation for genuine business efforts. Only those who belong to their select group receive rewards, incentives and recognition. In most organizations career growth is based on the business MIS. However, in this channel, they frequently change the data parameters according to their preferences, ensuring only their selected people qualify for incentives and recognition. When someone begins to expose their manipulative tactics, this group of channel heads smartly funds ways to remove that person from the channel to protect themselves. ABHI They Hire you by wrong information and designation and then on 3rd month ask you resign forcefully saying they don’t need you anymore as you can’t perform as per there expectations. Worst insurance company to be in if you’re in sales there HR doesn’t even support you .

No support for Agency Partners from Managers and Team to build up the strong team in licensing and activation process whereas for FLS they support a lot & do mapping of lot of Advisors. Even we are not respected by other staff members. Really feel very embarrassed and disappointed by the way they treat us.

Thief HR , criminal ACM illiterate RCM 24 hrs working , but at the time interview only 8 hrs job Saturday Sunday weekoff. But joining process minimum time is 7 months and maximum time 3 years , because HR department is very very responsible if you share your details on given format on month 1st day they will read and understand how to update on their system that after 3 months.
