Doesn't have appraisal system if one can take promotion by achieve goal sheet he can grow. Zero compensation of Fuel expenses and other bills you achieve your target you can take your fuel expenses only. Un necessary pressure of things. Worst operational and back office and MIS and online portal system. Everything is on links like login and renewals there is no Application for business acquisition. Zero support by seniors as they enjoy there levies life in their home and we as sales team running in field. I never saw my boss in any of my partners office not even my L1. Although they are in competition and want maximum market share but their standards don't even match with peer group across industry....Read More
