Government university and well managed covid19 preventions
I joined the University for a contract period of two years, but had to leave only after six months. Although I had an experience of working in Ethiopia, Mekelle University, prior to joining AASTU. Here, the work culture is not suitable for Indians because they don't have regard for us. Also there is a lot of discrimination from college to college in the same University.
Dislikes
There is a lot of discrimination amongst the equals. If any one can tolerate this, he/she may survive there.

Friendly Welcoming people but sad state of affairs at the place.
Difficult to live and constant nagging. Appreciate the Vice President who helped me when I had my mobile stolen an also helped me with potential job overseas as I was finding living in Africa difficult.
