They are just looking for ways to cut money, they are setting such parameters that are next to impossible to achieve daily. 300 min talk time daily for counselor other wise salary cut, 200 min talktime for team leader otherwise salary cut and they are setting such parameters when they are not provided new leads from the last 40 days. if you ask questions in the group you will be removed and your login credentials will be suspended.
