1) No particular policy. All as per moods of senior management. Can change anytime depending on grudge, mood, season and suitability. Too much favoritism. 2) Monday-sat working, no work-life balance 3) Travel claims are stringent, no disbursement without paper bill proof, company false claims on promoting green energy. 4) no powerin HR or senior management, all puppet to ahmedabad culture. 5) no training tie-ups, or educational tie-ups, no focus on employees growth. Only churn them for organization goal. 6) part of salary deducted every month and then given as lumpsum bonus. BONUS is clearly given in other organization as part of organization profits, not employees salary. 7) mere 10 days leave in entire year after you have worked 6 days every week. No chance nor time to declutter from office politics and negativity. 8) laid back attitude of senior management. No support to juniors , only exploiting their talent, time & money. 9) very pathetic HR policy. And overly poor mediocre HR team from basic colleges.
