I'm focused on finding solutions and opportunities for growth within the organization. While every workplace has its unique challenges, I believe that open communication, teamwork, and a willingness to adapt can help address any difficulties that may arise.

Likes

It is in high transition stage. One thing is that they are expanding for end to end processes, from silicon to module. Besides, the fast changing technology. These two make the plant evolving at very high speed.

Dislikes

As it is newer technology for India, people are not acquainted with it before hand so they need time and patience to understand and command things. But the rapid speed of expansion and technology upgrade does not let one. Management hires people at premium but also expact quick output which is not fair given the industry type.

There’s nothing like so much pressure on you , and nobody interferes in your work or stop you from doing excellent things. Salary is fair as per market standards.

Dislikes

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.
