No growth , I was there for 5 years got performer rating all the time but did not get promoted. If your tuning is not good with your reporting manager , this company is a hell for you . As HR will only listen your Reporting boss . No system for feedback & to track your performance.

The Learning is too much preferable. The team is totally friendly. Maintenance, Quality and Process teams are way too good. Try to get into these teams.

If you want to join this group then ask more than 50% hike. Attrition of employee is more so easily you can get hike. Don't bring family at this location. No good medical and education facility available. Tremendous work pressure. Non professional.
