There is not uniformity in the pay structure what I have contributed till time is not unnoticeable due to the higher management purview. Bla...Bla.....

Being a part of Adani Power job is very much secure but work culture is not as good as compared to other reputed organisations. Company policies are also good for few areas but medical facilities, insurance policy are not good enough.

Dislikes

Work life balance is worse. Father and mother are not covered in group medical insurance. Even after company is growing very fast, employees are not benefitted. Increment percentage are very less.

The work life balance will be good. The systems and the assets are very good.

Dislikes

The hierarchy is too much and the policies have been made to cover all the levels. This delays the process and put unnecessary burden on the executioner. Learning curve is also a bit flat in the mid lever or senior buyer level. People have been doing same thing over years without any change in working style or horizons.

Canteen facility is Poor, Snacks & Tiffin system not available in G & B shift, 24 hours Snacks not available, Lunch & Dinner items are not tasty, Shift timings are very Bad, In Mundra location House rent is too high like Metro City (2BHK Rent 16000/Month), Pollution & Dust is very high in Mundra, Water in Mundra is Salty/Khara, Costof Living in Mundra is Expensive then Ahmedabad, Local People are Looting you. It is in high transition stage. One thing is that they are expanding for end to end processes, from silicon to module. Besides, the fast changing technology. These two make the plant evolving at very high speed.

Dislikes

As it is newer technology for India, people are not acquainted with it before hand so they need time and patience to understand and command things. But the rapid speed of expansion and technology upgrade does not let one. Management hires people at premium but also expact quick output which is not fair given the industry type.

There’s nothing like so much pressure on you , and nobody interferes in your work or stop you from doing excellent things. Salary is fair as per market standards.

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.
