I like the company culture and the people around as are good heart's. As a fresher i learn some new thinks and gain more experience .and I am looking forward to work in this company in future.

Dislikes

The working hours will be extra 30 mins so it cause more work in the ending hours and also went to home very late. That the only reason I am dislike this company but overall it's is good well growth company.

No other benefits other than salary . Insurance provided by company is not good . No work life balance.

1.Employees are pushed to their limits, rewarded with minimal compensation. 2.Management Frequently Initiates projects without adequate planning, Often Bringing resources whose experience is poorly aligned with work requirements. 3. Which Turns an already complex process in to a Highly Stressful one. 4.The 24/7 support expected frommanagement, in which the project i worked, use to work minimum 15 hours per day. 5. Personal Time is Nearly Non Existent. 6. Except Last Weekend Mandatorily need to support on Saturday and Sunday or else the warning letter will be issued from HR.
