Work culture over here is disasterous I have joined here as a intern without pay and became permanent after 8months due to manager politics later on was doing good there upon a time came where people started leaving our project work pressure increased tremendously in this covid time so deadlines has been decreased but our performance never got decreased manager of our team is lady and very cunning gaga she has due to her many suffered don't know when she will change worst attitude of her. Management thinks she is a gem over there salary benefits are very less no scope of moving to other projects no scope of learning new technologies we should stick in that project only people say you dont know anything you should be always on back of manager by giving her gifts sweets etc etc to not to through you in pip worst work environment ever. Before covid in fall ceiling rats use to run after 7pm in the office dining room is worst no pantry or canteen. People won't work for more than 1-2years here during the hike times they will remove many employees...Read More
