HR department is only try to give job security but some time unable to insure.

HR work very well, but if your manager never want, you never get any appreciation even after others knows your hard worker and dedication but final decision of you manager only. That's not good , many persons leaving just because of that. High level of politics. Dedication not have any spac of appreciation, appreciation get yes sir persons only.
