Management. I was there for a very short period of time. Which is unsettling when you are the main supporter of your family of 4. Doug has no remorse for people's livelihood. I have been told by others that this happens a lot. These "budget cuts" right after hiring. Others were let go right before me. How would you feel driving nearly an hour to start work than told you were let go on a Friday? Then having to go home to your wife taking care of your 8 month old and telling her you lost your new job over budget cuts? Stay away. Until management learns when they can afford to actually hire people... stay far away. Doug is your friend to your face, but talks behind your back....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
