Everything, They do not even offer standard 30% hike to the new joiners. Even after setting and telling the expectations, the interviews goes on regardless of everything. Wasting our time and offering 1 lakh more than our current CTC. Comparing their pay grade with MNCs like IBM. You stand no where near them dear Acquara. Please stop this chindi chori. 1. Management need to understand type of projects they acquire from freelancer sites. Sometimes there occurs mismatch between employees' skills and clients requirements. 2. It is very confusing why people in corporate finance unit work in Due-Diligence unit as a part-time and vice-versa. 3. Deadlines got very tight that sometimes itbecomes impossible to complete on-time. 4 Leave Policies are not favorable, as senior won't grant you leave even if you are sick. 5. Salaries are offered via personal bank accounts. (salary slip not get accepted in future companies). 6. Delay in FnF settlement. 7. Managers do not value individuals' talents.
