1. Management need to understand type of projects they acquire from freelancer sites. Sometimes there occurs mismatch between employees' skills and clients requirements. 2. It is very confusing why people in corporate finance unit work in Due-Diligence unit as a part-time and vice-versa. 3. Deadlines got very tight that sometimes itbecomes impossible to complete on-time. 4 Leave Policies are not favorable, as senior won't grant you leave even if you are sick. 5. Salaries are offered via personal bank accounts. (salary slip not get accepted in future companies). 6. Delay in FnF settlement. 7. Managers do not value individuals' talents. If you do good, then "JUST OK", if you do bad, that means "YOU ARE NOT LIABLE TO WORK IN THE INDUSTRY"....Read More
