My experience at Acolyte Group has been nothing short of a nightmare. The work culture here is absolutely pathetic, and the people are equally dismal. The entire team is from South India and blatantly disregards individuals from other regions of India. This discriminatory behavior is just the tip of the iceberg. The salary is abysmal, with no prospects for appraisal or growth. To add insult to injury, there is no welcome kit provided – you have to use your own laptop and other resources. Expect to work gruelling hours, typically 15-16 hours a day, with no respect for work-life balance. Management is a complete joke. There is zero coordination within the team, and everyone seems to be out for themselves. Jealousy runs rampant, creating a toxic environment where collaboration is impossible. The senior analysts are the worst I’ve encountered, and the manager is even more incompetent and unprofessional. To top it all off, job security is non-existent.
