To add insult to injury, there is no welcome kit provided – you have to use your own laptop and other resources. Expect to work gruelling hours, typically 15-16 hours a day, with no respect for work-life balance. Management is a complete joke. There is zero coordination within the team, and everyone seems to be out for themselves. Jealousy runs rampant, creating a toxic environment where collaboration is impossible. The senior analysts are the worst I’ve encountered, and the manager is even more incompetent and unprofessional. To top it all off, job security is non-existent. They can and will kick you out at any time without proper reasoning or notice. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your sanity and career.
