I have worked already in wing biotech so i knew mostly IPQA activities there. Mostly they follow SOP and they provide good quality tables comparison to wing biotech it's a good thing... Seniors are have mostly good support in working.. Travels are free they pick up near my room and they drop by bus when shift end...there is a only tablet section so I learn there many more like cleaning procedure, pack stock of finished tablets, DT, Fribility, Lod, AQL, etc...Read More

Dislikes

When I suggest new idea or improve quality they mostly ignore which is I don't like...sometimes seniors traditional methods of working and talking hurts...

Work Details

I work there as a IPQA officer so I have done all IPQA activities like procedures of line clearance, checking parameters of tablets, hygiene of workers and their proper uniform with safety, leak test,sampling of validation bath and review BMR, BPR etc

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Better place where u can learn and understand the technical analysis

Dislikes

Facility of food not available and I think this is a great problem which is face by employee day to day
