Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I have worked already in wing biotech so i knew mostly IPQA activities there. Mostly they follow SOP and they provide good quality tables comparison to wing biotech it's a good thing... Seniors are have mostly good support in working.. Travels are free they pick up near my room and they drop by bus when shift end...there is a only tablet section so I learn there many more like cleaning procedure, pack stock of finished tablets, DT, Fribility, Lod, AQL, etc

Dislikes

When I suggest new idea or improve quality they mostly ignore which is I don't like...sometimes seniors traditional methods of working and talking hurts...
