1)Teammates are helpful. 2)Training is average, Even if they arranged few sessions, it will be only relative to previous build of the project. 3) Work Environment is bad. 4) No innovation 5) Average work life balance

1) Poor training as it totally depends on the previously used technologies in Product they are currently working on. 2) Career growth is upto you, company takes no interest in the same 3) Poor salary 4) Product centric only.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
