If you're knowledgeable Ready to handle your project without any support, then you will not face any problem Otherwise without proper training you will be deployed to the project and suffer alot Salary will be paid on time

Clients are not good No work environment Continue night shift Lot of data to be maintained throughout the month to get billing from client Project are short period after completing the project need to prepare for interview to get new project It's hectic sometimes

I worked at client location, hence nothing did I see apart from getting monthly salary.

Dislikes

They do not have sufficient clients so job security is a big big problem. They can ask you to resign on a very short notice. Account managers are not well trained to deal tough situations.
