The current office is a garment factory converted to IT workspace. It is a place devoid of natural light, has stingy bathrooms, and is depressing to work in. Additionally, the middle management has no clue what the vision is and where they want to be. Each quarter you are working on something new, and then when the year ends, they want you to quantify everything and will disregard all the other variables. Dislikes

Some teams like mine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.

Poor leadership team. No coaching, mentorship. Poor processes for product development. Favouritism in teams. Making false promises to employees to make them stay, but do not fulfil promises.

The employee benefits and appraisals are not upto the mark. The contributions are not valued and sometimes ignored while we have the talks. Promotions are not provided to the deserving candidates

I work for ACKO for 1.3 years..trust me, no job security, they can fire you anytime they want. No appreciation for your work (I was one of the good performer in emails team), overwork everyday, need to grab their legs even if your actually sick for leaves...the list will go on.

Everything. Worst work environment and culture.

People over here work for years and get hike of 1000 bucks and you to extend your shift timing along with that the appraisal parameters are so high that nobody can achieve.
