Initially the culture was no micromanagement and was given free hands to explore and improve the business metrics. Previous reporting manager's way of getting the work done from the quality team.
Micromanagement which was recently started and unable to focus on providing insights to improve the business metrics. Everyday you get new tasks/assignments along with weekly/monthly deliverables. Work life balance has gone for a toss. No WFH even if we request on exception cases, instead we are asked to apply for leave. Change in KPI's every 2-3 months and this is so unsure what is to be done. Growth has diminished and not sure if we are in safe hands. Not satisfied working with new management, so many complications and unrealistic KPIs. Micromanagement by new Management. No skip-level meetings with HRs. No employee engagement after the change in management. KPIs are the worst, your efforts will go in vain because of new leave policy from the new management. Work life balance is getting worsen.
