Job Description

Supply Chain/Provider Management:
Document Scrutiny Verification: Collaborate with the claims supply chain team to ensure timely and accurate document review and verification, adhering to defined requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Vendor Management: Oversee the empanelment and onboarding process for both Health and Non-Health service providers and vendors, ensuring their smooth integration into the vendor portal system after empanelment.
Data Management: Manage the collection and verification of documents for each Line-of-Business (LoB), ensuring proper maintenance of data repositories for efficient access and reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication and follow-ups with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., workshops, surveyors, investigators, network providers, and vendors), addressing their inquiries and resolving any outstanding issues promptly.
Document Expiry Management: Ensure the validation and tracking of document expiry dates, working closely with the supply chain team and external stakeholders to collect updated or renewed documents.
Service Provider Vendor Utilization: Continuously monitor and track the usage of service providers and vendors, sharing reports with leads and supply chain managers to ensure balanced utilization and avoid concentration risks.
Vendor Performance Management: Continuously monitor vendor performance to analyze trends and identify any deviations in the services provided.
Vendor Portal Enhancements: Partner with the data team to drive continuous improvements and updates to the vendor portal, enhancing its usability and reporting functionalities.
Reporting Presentations: Prepare regular presentations and reports for stakeholders, offering insights into progress and compliance across claims and vendor management activities.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including claims, auditors, technology, finance, and risk management, to support achieving organizational objectives.
Blacklisting of Providers: Identifying the providers (hospitals/garages/investigators etc) indulging in the fraudulent activities, depanel and exclude as per the process and update the data in necessary systems.
Evaluation of Provider Data in TPA Applications: Review provider data for accuracy, completeness, tariffs, and discounts, ensuring compliance with standards and alignment with organizational policies for effective claims management.
KYC Compliance:
Regulatory Compliance KYC: Review, process, and verify KYC documents in compliance with IRDAI guidelines, ensuring adherence to regulatory policies and timelines. Maintain and track claims-related KYC data.
Risk Management: Provide advice to the compliance department on high-risk applications, particularly those requiring enhanced due diligence.
Timely Data Uploads: Ensure the prompt upload of KYC data to the CKYCR portal, maintaining a comprehensive record of uploaded documents for transparency and future reference.

KYC Compliance:
Regulatory Compliance KYC: Review, process, and verify KYC documents in compliance with IRDAI guidelines, ensuring adherence to regulatory policies and timelines. Maintain and track claims-related KYC data.
